Since 2012, HoneyBeNatural has been dedicated to inspiring individuals to embrace their natural beauty and inner truth. Over time, our mission has evolved into a full ecosystem for integrative wellness, education, and liberation—bridging mind, body, and spirit through movement, herbalism, therapy, and creative healing.

Today, HoneyBeNatural serves as a holistic sanctuary and educational hub where individuals and practitioners can engage in personalized healing programs, Root Healing Circles, one-on-one practitioner sessions, therapeutic workshops, and certification-based training rooted in Rooted Function Theory™—our original, trauma-informed framework for moving from survival to liberated living.

Our ecosystem includes:

  • HoneyBeNatural – The umbrella brand and trademarked company encompassing therapy, hypnosis, herbal apothecary, and the HoneyBeNatural Institute of Liberation & Wellness, an accredited school offering certification and continuing education in integrative, trauma-informed healing through Rooted Function Theory™.

  • The HoneyBeNatural Institute of Liberation & Wellness – Our educational and practitioner training arm. The Institute offers the Rooted Function Practitioner Certification™, preparing holistic healers, therapists, and coaches to integrate Rooted Function Theory™ into their work. Certified practitioners gain access to mentorship, marketing support, and the opportunity to host their own Root Healing Circles and facilitate one-on-one Rooted Function sessions with clients.

  • HoneyBeWell – Our wellness and community engagement branch offering workshops, Root Healing Circles, retreats, and community gatherings centered on embodiment, ancestral wisdom, and collective healing.

  • HoneyBeLite – Our movement studio and home of Body Alchemi™, Kemetic Yoga, Pilates, and pole flow — practices that restore balance and promote inner awareness through movement, breath, and ritual.

  • AloeCurves – Our feminine care and skincare line designed to nurture sensual wellness, body confidence, and self-love through natural ingredients and sacred rituals.
