What is Lyra Hoop?

Lyra Hoop, or aerial hoop, is a circular steel apparatus used for aerial acrobatics. Suspended from the ceiling or a rigging point, it allows performers to execute a variety of maneuvers. Commercial lyras are designed to hold 250 pounds.

Note: The HoneyBeLite classes are first-time and beginner friendly. Our classes are aimed to supplement, not intimate.

Many think you need a lot of upper body strength to maneuver. That’s my job to help you into and out of the shapes. To minimize stress on your legs, I also opted to have the lyras close to the ground and went with hollow/thicker lyras for easier navigation.

What is Pole Flow?

Pole Flow is the art of seamlessly transitioning between pole tricks, spins, and floorwork to create a fluid, expressive dance. It emphasizes continuous movement, musicality, and body awareness, allowing dancers to move with grace and control. Whether sensual, dynamic, exotic, or contemporary, Pole Flow enhances strength, flexibility, and artistry, transforming pole dance into a captivating and rhythmic experience.
