Workshops: Our studio comfortably accommodates 20 to 35 guests.

Yoga Classes: We recommend a class size of up to 10 guests for an optimal experience.

Aerial Hoop Classes: A maximum of 6 guests is suggested to ensure personalized instruction.

Chairs and tables are provided at no additional cost, with further amenities available below.

Wellness Events

Wellness Rental Pricing (Available 9 AM - 9 PM)

Hourly Rates

• Mondays & Tuesdays: $50 per hour

• Saturdays & Sundays: $75 per hour

Short Rental: $500

• Deposit: $200 (balance due one week before the event)

• Duration: 3.5 hours of flexible use

• Additional time available: 1 hour for $85 or 30 minutes for $65

Long Rental: $700

• Deposit: $250 (balance due one week before the event)

• Duration: 5 hours of flexible use

• Additional time available: 1 hour for $85 or 30 minutes for $65

Event Rental Amenities

• Booking: For availability, please call or text 214.444.3563

• Space Details: 1,800 square feet with one bathroom, stove, sink, mini fridge, and microwave

• Features: One medium-sized dance mirror, office/ waiting area, check-out counter, and wooden shelving

• Flexible Setup: Guests may arrange furniture and decorate as desired; cleaning supplies are provided

• Tables & Chairs Included:

• 6 white 6-ft tables (tablecloths not provided)

• 35 white IKEA chairs (coverings not provided)

• 4 wooden tables (4.5 ft) ideal for buffet-style serving

• Backdrop: One wooden backdrop (7’11” x 7’) available, perfect for decor or balloon arches on wheels

• Food & Beverages: Outside food vendors are welcome. Wine and champagne are allowed; all other alcoholic beverages require a licensed bartender.

• Music: DJs are not permitted, but a Bluetooth speaker and studio ipad are available for music.

• Parking: Free parking is available around the building and in front of the space.
