What inspired you to start your business? What motivates you to keep going?: I had just abruptly ended a 6 year relationship and realized that I put a lot of time and energy into someone and had nothing for myself in the end. I made a decision that I would never do that again and to understand that I was worthy of building something solid. Seeing how far I can go and seeing my progress and growth motivates me daily.

What does your company stand for?: My business is about guiding people to find their purpose and give them the insight to do it. I like to educate black people on rituals and practices that connect us back to our roots, which has been more important than ever, as our country makes political shifts.

How do you create the life you want?: I walk in my purpose fully which then allows me to have space to create the life I want. I visualize during my meditations and put a fierce amount of action behind that.

What makes you HUMAN?: My hardships and wins make me human. The trials and tribulations of life and navigating through.

What are three things your want people to know about self-love?: 1. It’s starts with you. No one can do it for you.

2. Strong boundaries.

3. The way you practice self love may look different than the next person, and that’s absolutely ok.

What's something we can incorporate today to start loving ourselves more?: An uninterrupted 15 mins of doing at least one thing you want to do, for yourself

What has been your own journey with self love?: I thought I loved myself until I gave myself a rose petal bath. Something I felt someone had to do for me. I took my time and cleansed myself. When I stepped out of the bathtub, I felt like a queen. I realized that I had to love myself like no other person could. Which meant me getting to know myself on a much deeper level.
